Queens Grant Villas are located in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes is a world class resort that is recognized as an award winning international destination. Queens Grant is located in the heart of the community and is close to the tennis and pickle ball courts, outfitter center which offers kayak, bike and beach gear rentals, the General Store, Dunes House oceanfront restaurant and Alexander’s fine dining. Also close by is the Trent Jones Golf Course as well as the Fazio and Arthur Hills courses, Marriot Oceanfront Hotel, bike paths and many other fun destinations and amenities.
These villas all offer ground floor entry with some floor plans being flats and others are townhomes. There are five phases within Queens Grant and in total there are 297 units and the floor plans range from 1,024 square feet to 1,988 square feet with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 3 bathrooms and some have half bathrooms too. Many of these villas offer golf and water views and the entire area is in close proximity to Palmetto Dunes Beach Access. The beach access offers vehicle parking but it is close enough to walk or bike to along the paved bike paths. Each phase offers a swimming pool for owners and guests to use.
There is plenty to do within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove for a fun weeklong visit or an extended stay. Shelter Cove Marina offers many water excursions from the 15 acre marina location. The marina is off of Broad Creek that leads to Calibogue Sound which is part of the Intra-Coastal Waterway. There are many shops and restaurants lining the shore of the marina and a short distance away is Shelter Cove Towne Centre, an award winning retail development. The Shelter Cove Park has great festivals, movie nights, concerts, fireworks and it is a great place to stop and enjoy the views.
You will never grow tired of the Palmetto Dunes Area however there is a lot to explore on and around Hilton Head Island. There are 24 golf courses on Hilton Head and another 16 courses off island in Bluffton. There is over 100 miles of paved bike paths throughout Hilton Head, 12 miles of beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean and numerous tennis clubs to work on your game. In between the bridges you can explore Pinckney Island National Wildlife Preserve with miles of biking and hiking trails or Mitchelville Freedom Park is a unique walking beach on Port Royal Sound. A must see is the Harbour Town Marina in Sea Pines where you can climb the lighthouse, browse the shops, take in the boats, enjoy live entertainment, dine at one of the several great restaurants and there is a wonderful children’s playground. The highlight is the beautiful beach that has gentle surf and is hard packed which is great for biking.
